At CheerPro we have a minimum age requirement of 5 years old. We do however try to have PreK classes available for those who do not reach the age requirement.
Please refer to our skills guideline page! If you are still uncertain about placement, please reach out to our admin team for further assistance!
If the class you want to enroll in is full, you can join the waitlist for that class! However we encourage you to sign up for another class in the meantime, so your athlete remains active!
Open Enrollment begins the 3rd Thursday of each month! You can also enroll throughout the month whenever openings are available. Simply check the Parent Portal for current class availability.
In Order to drop your athlete from their class, you must submit a drop request BEFORE the 15th of the month prior to the one you would like to drop. If a drop request is submitted after the 15th, your athlete will still have access to their class for the following month.
Private Lessons can be booked directly through the Parent Portal!
Private Lesson appointments are not officially secured until checkout is completed.
Reserved Private Lessons are NOT currently being offered. Please book Appointment Private Lessons through the Parent Portal.
Appointment Private Lessons give you the flexibility to choose:
Simply log in to the Parent Portal and select “Appointments” to view available options.
Both RESERVED and APPOINTMENT Private Lessons require cancellation through the Parent Portal at least 48 hours before the scheduled lesson.
The applicable account credit remains available according to CheerPro’s private lesson policies.
The account credit is forfeited. As a courtesy, the athlete may attend an Open Makeup Class instead. Private lessons are not eligible for Skilled Makeup Classes.
Parents should always keep sick athletes home when they are experiencing symptoms. If your athlete shows signs of illness while at CheerPro, CheerPro staff may dismiss the athlete from class for the day to help protect the health of our athletes and staff. If an athlete is dismissed by CheerPro staff due to illness, they may enroll in an eligible makeup class.
CheerPro enrollment is a commitment to attend scheduled classes and private lessons. Because classes and private lessons have different policies, please review the information below.
CheerPro offers two makeup options:
1). SKILLED MAKEUP CLASS
A one-time makeup in another regularly scheduled Weekly SKILL Class of the same skill level, when space is available. This does not change your athlete’s regular class enrollment.
2). OPEN MAKEUP CLASS
A designated monthly makeup class combining athletes from Skill Levels 1–5.
Important: Intro 1 and Intro 2 athletes are not eligible for Open Makeup Classes and must use a Skilled Makeup Class. If you cannot find an Intro class with an opening please email admin@cheerprotraining.com for assistance.
Weekly SKILL Class athletes may receive one makeup per three-month enrollment period when the absence is scheduled through the Parent Portal.
RESERVED Group Class absences must be scheduled through the Parent Portal at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for an Open Makeup Class.
RESERVED Group Classes are not eligible for Skilled Makeup Classes.
See dates provided below.
Scheduling an absence or cancellation through the Parent Portal is required to establish makeup eligibility. Makeup enrollment options will only become available when applicable eligibility requirements have been met.
For Parent Portal instructions, please see our Parent Portal Help Guide.
Open Makeup Classes are held from 4:00–5:00 PM.
Important: To qualify for an Open Makeup Class, you must preschedule your absence through the Parent Portal and then enroll in the Open Makeup Class through the Parent Portal.
